Where to store plugins in a standard nagios3 installation

Did you also define check_cisco in the check_commands.cfg or similar?
The binary goes basically where you put it, or where the other plugin
binaries are located, but you also have to define the command itself,
not just the command for the host or service. You should have a
commands.cfg or a misc_commands, or a check_commands.cfg or similar in
your /etc/nagios/ dir somewhere. When you find it, you'll see what
you're missing.
