Notification Problem

Hi,
  
  
 I have configured  nagios 3.0.5, on my linux EL4 box. i have successfully configured and added my  all servers. i am able to monitor all servers. But am unable to recieve mails  form nagios server when a host down. any one help me to resolve this  problem.
