Macros CONTACTADDRESSx not in ENV

Hi!

It seems that the CONTACTADDRESSx macros are not available
as environment variables as the CONTACTEMAIL and CONTACTPAGER
are. I couln't find anything in the documentation that they
wouldn't be.

Any reason for that?

I know I can use the $CONTACTADDRESSx$ macro in the command_line
of misccommands, but it would be nicer to get it from the ENVIRONMENT.
