Local host is Down, Couldnotparse arguements

Usage: check_ping -H <host_address> -w <wrta>,<wpl>% -c <crta>,<cpl>%
[-p packets] [-t timeout] [-L] [-4|-6]

I am not sure what I need to set the following to

-w <wrta>,<wpl>% -c <crta>,<cpl>%
[-p packets] [-t timeout] [-L] [-4|-6]

Is there a document in the help files someone could point me to
