Hi,

This is my first post here, and would like to express my
thanks for the guys at nagios.org. Nagios is what I've
been looking for.

I have it running (after three days of struggling
with the "cannot stat() the command file..." error)
and have a question on the statuswrl.cgi output.

(But first, for all those who are having/reading
this from some google search on "cannot stat()...",
the solution I got from a google search, was
that the /usr/local/nagios/var/rw/nagios.cmd file
should be chgrp to the webserver's MAIN group.
Even though I did "usrmod -G nagioscmd nobody",
and the nagios.cmd file had nagios.nagioscmd
ownership, I couldn't get it working. Finally
found that nagios.cmd's ownership should be
nagios.(webserver's main group).)

Now for the question. when I click on
the 3D Status map, I get a bunch of
green boxes, but with no text. A click
on any one of them produces a "www.status.cgi
could not be found" error.

Btw, I have FreeWrL installed as the VRML plugin.

Any help appreciated.

Ed
