Stalking option + notification

That's my understanding.

My understanding from reading the documentation is that stalking only
controls the _logging_ of the information, not the notification. If
you've found that it's actually managing the notifications as well then
that's a deficiency in the documentation that should be clarified.

I'm just trying to determine if the documentation is
incorrect/insufficient with regards to state stalking so I don't make
incorrect statements WRT stalking.
