I have found what I was looking for:

        check_command check_snmp-get!.1.3.6.1.2.1.33.1.2.3.0!20:99!22:99!min

This will provide a warning when the answer of the UPC is *not* between
20 and 99 and will give a critical if the answer is not between 22 and
99. This will give a warning if only 22 or less minutes are remaining
and with only 20 or less minutes are remaining. So far, this has been
working perfectly.
