Oh, yes. Clear as a bell. You're totally unsuited for the position that
you occupy with your present employer.

Get another job, working for someone with whom you at least have a
working relationship and with whom you can discuss and solve your
present problem.

In your present position you have reached an impasse from which it is
impossible to escape without talking on an equal footing to your
colleagues. Which would appear to be impossible for you.
