Host status change from UNREACHABLE to DOWN

If this works as you write everythink will be ok, but it's not. These
setting didn't work since Netsaint.

After parent comes up, child is not checked, it's still in UNREACHABLE state
for hours... Till restart of Nagios.
So I think it's bug. 

Any idea what to do?
