You should first understand the web server configuration.

You're quite far from there ;-)

Sorry, but you really have to learn some things first:
apache (probably) setup - understanding that takes some time. Usually, 
complete documentation is installed when you install apache itself.
MySQL is a little simpler as long as you only want to use programs other 
people wrote. Your problem sounds as though you need to prepare a 
database. Th MySQL documentation is quite detailed, and you should 
understand how to create users, grant them access rights, and *very 
important* deny other users access. Then, feeding an existing sql 
program into it is simple.

And somehow I guess that your questions can be answerde by reading the 
documentation delivered with the software you want to get running.
