Change host IP Address

FYI - 



These instances are NOT running on the same box.

There is only one instance on the production server. 



The server is also running mysql and storing some othe rconfiguration
 information there as seen in the "Configuration" part of the web
 interface, but if I understood correctly, in 2.0 the core application
 does not support mysql so the confusion can't be there - am I right?
