Passive host checks problem

Hi,

I configured nagios 2.0b3 in a distributed monitoring setup. I am able to
submit passive service checks but I'm not able to do the same for the
passive host checks. I can run manually the ochp_command from the
distributed server and the results are happily written to the external
command file on the central one, just like the service checks are. Of
course I checked one million times my configuration... it's not much
different than the passive service configuration, but it's not working!!

Has anyone had a similar problem and may be able to advise on how to fix?

Thank you very much

- John
