nagios produces 100% cpu load

http://nagios.sourceforge.net/docs/2_0/whatsnew.html . On the top of
the page, under "Known Issues". I don't know if it applies or not
though. It's really annoying though having to reset Nagios every few
days. And, if it helps anyone, this happened to me on 2.0b2 as well as
2.0b3.

Hi,

thanks for your reaction.

Can you point me to this? I don't find something related to a threading
problem on nagios' site...

The only thing I found is FAQ id F0115 but this one deals with heavy
memory usage which is not the case over here.

I didn't mention in my first mail that service checks and even
notifications are handled well if nagios is in the state of using 100%
cpu.
