Check_dummy plugin

Hi,
 
I have W2K servers which are sending via nsca Windows Event logs.
When i get these alerts on Nagios web console, i get an email.
 
What i'd like to be done would be to let the status to critical when a
critical event is sent. 
I'm using check_dummy plugin   --   $USER1$/check_dummy $ARG1$
 
What is more, is it possible to let this status to critical and to be
notified again if a new critical event is sent ?
