An email on acknowledge, and onlyonacknowledge? Nagios and RT

It is? I was unaware of that. I will reread the documentation and try to
get a grasp on this.

It's been discussed, and all together I think I have a pretty good idea
of how to do it. It's just more than I need. Exactly.
