staile services on nagios restart

Hello,

I can't help you with your stale services. I think there are still some 
bugs in Nagios about the 'freshness checking', because I have problems 
with stale services too.
but why don't you disable notifications at the time you're trying out 
new things ? Or change the notification command to something else then 
paging your cell phone ?
