Error 403 (access forbidden) accessing the cgi files

Well, obviously it is *not* correct.

That is normal, as explained in the docs.

I thought you "configured exactly as the documentation request", so you
obviously read the docs/installweb.html file (also at
http://nagios.sourceforge.net/docs/1_0/installweb.html) which very
explicitly explains how to configure apache.
