Nagios 1.x to 2.0 Upgrade Q's

I had a simple question about upgrading from nagios 1.x to nagios 2.0.
We're a WISP, so I've got my configs set up with two directories for
hosts and services, and in each directory is a City directory, and then
a file for each POP/client group. If I move from 1.x to 2.x, is there an
upgrade path for the config files? i.e. do they work as-is or is there a
working conversion program?

Also, if they work as is, is there a set of recommended settings
changes, like timing options, that works better in v2.x?

Sorry, but the nagios.org webpage is still down.
