Service checks disabled after each restart

Thank you, Thank you, Thank you Hendrik !
It turns out my Default service template in ServiceTemplate.cfg file had
active_checks disabled.  It looks like active_checks were disabled in the
original service.cfg file then nagmin must have pulled those settings into
the ServiceTemplate.cfg.

Anyway thanks for getting me on the right track.

Hi,

you have to enable the save-retention feature in your config and have
a look to your services.cfg too enable_srv_checks     1
