check different time in Windows ?

Hi, 

I have a little problem :/ I want to monitoring time on my Windows remote 
machine. I can use nrpe_nt but I have any idea how can I write plugins :/

Linux's systems have a check_ntp (with nrpe is a very good solution for me) 
but I don't know what I can do in Windows :/

I will be grateful for any ideas ...
