CGI permissions make me mad!

Hey Rick,

   I haven't been following the play-by-play on your problem, but a quick
glance through your latest message made me curious - did you actually
modify the ./configure parameter for the CGI executables (sbindir, IIRC)?

   Out of the box, Nagios doesn't install the CGIs in ${PREFIX}/lib/cgi...
If you have, then never mind me.  :)
