NagMIN Error

David,

There is a Nagmin list. You can get to it from the nagmin.sourceforge.net and link from the project page. What version of Nagmin are you using and is it a new installation or an upgrade from a previous version. The current version is 1.6.0.

Also, are you sure the entry is not already in the database. Sometimes, if the webpage does not refresh after I add something, I get a similar message when I click back and try to add again.

If you upgraded from a previous version of Nagmin, I may have a database scheme problem.

One other thought, Nagmin likes to use the DBD and DBI drivers to connect to Mysql. Do you have them installed and working?

Brian

Subject: [Nagios-users] NagMIN Error

Is there a NagMIN list? Anyway, any suggestions are appreciated.

When I try to add a contact via NagMIN I receive an error.

SQL insert into `Contact` values (NULL , 'dgitman' , 'David Gitman' , 'david at domain.com' , 'dgitman at domain.com' , NULL , NULL , NULL , NULL , NULL , NULL , NULL) failed :

Thanks,

David
