Dope slap it is. I got burned using cut and paste. I configure the prefix wrong,
configure --prefix=PREFIX=/u01/opt/nagios. It did what I told it to do.

Thanks

Subject: [Nagios-users] statusmap,trends and histogram cgi's

I have successfully compiled and install the necessary CGI but when I try to access I get the following errors:

Error: Could not open CGI config file 'PREFIX=/u01/opt/nagios/etc/cgi.cfg' for reading!

The cgi.cfg is there and I have looked thru the docs and mail list archive to no prevail. I probably just need a dope slap but need your help to continue my eval.

Thanks for the help in advance.

Rick
