In http://nagios.sourceforge.net/docs/1_0/about.html#requirements

The "Other network utilities" section mentions "NocMonitor" but if you 
click the link, you get this:

(404) Document Not Found

If you are looking for NocMonitor, this application is no longer being 
developed since mid 2000. Please visit Ethan Galstad's Nagios site for a 
much more developed network monitoring application instead.
