The plugins are only as good as the bug reports. Let me assure you as a 
part time plugin developer, the contribution of fair minded and positive 
persons such as yourself in pointing out defects is very welcome.

Part of the aim of the list (in my view) is to lift the bar: to help 
people by providing them with the encouragement to do better and get 
across things they find challenging.

Patches speak louder than words: a patch followed by why I thought it 
was necessary, should have been my response.

I'll submerge now.
