status map internal server error

I know I'm missing something pretty obvious here, but I cannot seem to get
the status map page to load. I have gd compiled in and libpng.so.3 is where
it should be. I did a quick search on the newsgroups and didnt see anything
about this nor anything in the install docs. Sorry if this painfully
obvious, but does anyone know what I'm missing. The following is my apache
error log:
