services unscheduled?

Hi nagios gurus,

I am just wondering how do i tell Nagios to properly schedule ALL services for 
checking? I am running Nagios 1.0. 

 SERVICE SCHEDULING INFORMATION

        Rough guidelines for max_concurrent_checks value:

But, it doesnt seem to solve the problem. I am still having some services 
unscheduled and never get checked.
