Blocked router in host list

In a strict environment, even ICMP and UDP can be blocked.  So much for ping
and traceroute.

Argh... I wish there were a better way.  A 'virtual parent' or some such,
and a threshold, eg, "when 4 or more hosts from this hostgroup fail, check
the others, and if all the others have failed, send a single alert on the
virtual parent".  :P
