Help: Downtime&trends

Hi Greg,
Nagios seems that it doesn't like me, when I check every function to see if they work properly, I found downtime schedule is not working, when I tried to schedule a host downtime, show me this "An error occurred while processing your command". Also the trends doesn't show me anything,  if I specify the "First assumed state:" to "Unspecified" which is default, in Netsaint it's working very well. I don't know what those options really do? How did you get them work, any additional setup for them?
