There is a circular parent/child path that exists for host

Hi

I am in the process of adding all internetwork units to a newly installed
box with Nagios.
We have redundant paths many places and therefore also physically circles
where units are configured with spanning-tree etc.
What i would like to do is to map the physical layout of all our segments,
but i can't avoid getting the "circular" error, speciefied in the header
(There is a circular parent/child path that exists for host), when trying.
Is there somhow i can make Nagios accept these circular setups ?
