DOWNTIMESCHEDULED as a Notification Type

Hi List,
I'm reading the actual Nagios 3 Documentation.
I see that there is a Notification Type: DOWNTIMESTART / -STOP and CANCEL, but why is there no Command like DOWNTIMESCHEDULED?
I think about a solution where in this type I can find the Information who has scheduled a Downtime for a HOST / Service at a special time in future
So it will be possible to send notifications i.e. as iCalender Entry to Outlook / Notes or GroupWise.

What do you think about?

regards
