I belive you would want to setup "Flexible" downtime,as opposed to the
default Fixed.

Set the Start and end time to your 2hr interval that the downtime may happen
between,
Then set the Duration to the 5min (if it must be that tight,otherwise give a
but longer for the reboot.)
