$HOSTNOTESURL$ being mangled (removing '&' char).

Thanks for tipping me back to the obvious.  It was indeed the illegal 
output macro setting stripping that.  I've been doing this long enough I 
should've remembered to look for something that I wasn't actually 
thinking of.
