nrpe-2.4 still identifies itself as 2.3

Hi Ethan,

you forgot to update the version in nrpe-2.4's configure, nrpe.spec,....
so if you call it as nrpe -v it still says 
Version: 2.3
Last Modified: 01-23-2006
I attach a patch which sets version to 2.4 and release date to 2006-02-22.
