patch to fix rpm spec and init script

Hi,

  I found I had a bug in the spec I previously sent, I used a wrong
directory to fetch sample httpd.conf.

  Also, running the init script, I found that it was needed to touch &
chown /var/run/nagios.pid to be able to start nagios.

  The attached patch fixes both problems against HEAD.
