Minor enhancement to tac (with patches)

Greetings,

I know you're busy with the new release, but I had a minor enhancement
to the TAC cgi and stylesheet.  Basicly, it makes warnings yellow
instead of red.  The patch is based on nagios-core version 1.2, but it
should apply to the current CVS version.
