Availability report bug

In the drop down box for Report Period, you need to select * CUSTOM REPORT
PERIOD *. Then the figures you entered will be used.

I don't think this is a bug, but it could certainly be better (multiple
forms on a page maybe). As Ethan is changing the CGIs for 2.0, probably not
worth amending now.
