that I know a business that is asking in its RFT for an 'Enterprise
Management System' for consolidated context sensitive help.

Mr Knitters proposal sounds like it may 'satisify' that 'requirement'.

In any case, it sounds very sensible and helpful because there are all
sorts of people using a Nag console and they may not have any
involvement with host or service admin, but be help desk folks or
'managers'.
