Different notification intervals for WARNING and CRITICAL

Andreas,
The timings are hypothetical (although, as it stands now, some WARNINGS are
coming every 10 minutes...I want to convince my boss that it is too often).
Having too many notifications is often times worse than not having any at
all...If my boss REALLY wants the 10 minute emails, then I would like it to
be only for CRITICAL problems...
