Fwd: Error in 2 Specific services

Sorry, I forgot graphics is out!
Here's the error:

Error running WMI query. Check if the user you choose has the right
permissions, or if you misspelled 'domain' 'password' or 'host'
It is displayed for 2 Windows Servers, both x64, on stopped services and
disabled devices.

I'll appreciate your help.

 So far, I've update nsclient++ agents on both servers, made sure the
nsc.ini on other servers match the one in those 2 servers.

Clue anyone?
