Service check did not exit properly

hello,

i'm not sure about it, but maybe you can try to configure your check command to put the error messages into a file. you could configure your check command to something like this:

/usr/local/nagios/libexec/check_email_delivery <parameters> 2>>/tmp/check_email_delivery.errors

after the check happen through nagios, look for possible errors on file /tmp/check_email_delivery.errors.
