You might wish to have a look at the snare client for windows, from
intersect alliance.

It sits on the Windows machine and monitors the event logs, casting
them to syslog, though it might be capable of doing more than that.

At least, if you're running a syslog on the nagios box, and it is
configured to receive, you could probably use a nagios module to
monitor that.
