Search for the relevant portion of the URL for that page in your
apache access log, for example:

$ grep "cgi-bin/cmd.cgi?cmd_typ=23" /var/log/apache2/access.log

Where your apache access log is will depend on how you have installed
it.  You might find it under /var/log/httpd or similar.
