$ /usr/lib/nagios/plugins/check_http -h
[..]
 -w, --warning=DOUBLE
    Response time to result in warning status (seconds)
 -c, --critical=DOUBLE
    Response time to result in critical status (seconds)

« Response time » is nearly what is wrote in your subject.
