Problem with Reschedule of Service

Nagios Version: 3.1.2, June 23, 2009
OS Version: Fedora release 11 (Leonidas)

Hi,
I am pretty sure I am having experiencing this:

It looks a patch was made available on 2009-08-10 12:57 but I cannot seem to
find it.

Can someone please point me in a direction?
