Possible correction to documentation.

I was able to get my setup working.

I noticed in the distributed doc http://nagios.sourceforge.net/docs/1_0/distributed.html

define command{
	command_name	submit_check_result
	command_line	/usr/local/nagios/libexec/eventhandlers/submit_check_result $HOSTNAME$ '$SERVICEDESC$' $SERVICESTATE$ '$OUTPUT$'
	}


Should probably be:

define command{
	command_name	submit_check_result
	command_line	/usr/local/nagios/libexec/eventhandlers/submit_check_result $HOSTNAME$ '$SERVICEDESC$' $SERVICESTATE$ '$SERVICEOUTPUT$'
	}

The change being $OUTPUT$ to $SERVICEOUTPUT$. This seemed to fix things for me.
