nagios to monitor application bandwidth

I will watch these and would like to ask will groundwork will suit to me?

Also shall I able to integrate groundwork, catci, nagios and mrtg all
together to get the best of all to match a typical distributed network
monitoring including, all network nodes such as ups (snmp enabled - I
guess). Do u know such a effort ?
