hi,

NC_Net has a WMI query Check built into it,
http://sourceforge.net/projects/nc-net/

As well as ability to run scripts/executables, NSCA Support, Performance
Counters, and EventLogs.

There are also some VB Scrpts under Windows NRPE on nagios exchang that
process through checking WMI
