We have an extremely good SLA reporting tool. There are screenshots of it
available at http://www.op5.com/op5/demo/screenshots

The software is released as GPL'd opensource and available for download
from git.op5.org/git. The projects you want to download are called
monitor-reports-gui and monitor-reports-module.

Supported.

Supported.

This doesn't really apply to our SLA reports as they, unlike Nagios,
calculate SLA as the uptime of the entire group combined. Nagios presents
an availability *average*, which is an entirely different cup of tea.
You'll have to see them and think about what you're seeing to make
sense of that answer, I think.

Supported.

Supported (also daily).

Not supported, although a very nice feature we should probably implement
some day. It would be quite slow for large networks though, as it means
calculating the downtime for all nodes that have any downtime at all and
then sorting the list after it's been calculated.

Just use our stuff now, or hang on until Merlin and Ninja are ready for
public production use sometime in august or september.

Considering the successes of the wars on alcohol, poverty, drugs and
terror, I think we should give some serious thought to declaring war
on peace.
