When you look into the headers of any mail on the list, you should find
(among others):

List-Unsubscribe:
<https://lists.sourceforge.net/lists/listinfo/nagios-users>,
	<mailto:nagios-users-request at lists.sourceforge.net?subject=unsubscribe>

So, just send a mail to nagios-users-request at lists.sourceforge.net and
give the subject unsubscribe. Theres no need for any other text inside
the mail (since it will be ignored).
